Paediatric Alarm Bells: clinically deteriorating infants and children from assessment to retrieval

Come to learn how to manage the deteriorating paediatric patient.

This half day course (08:30-12:00) focuses around the paediatric patient in a non paediatric centre.

The course will be a multidisciplinary, hands-on, and will be led by Paediatric Intensive Care senior medical and nursing staff and paediatric retrieval specialists from Australia and Canada.

This course includes:

  • Clinical skills workshop

  • Participation in inter-professional simulated scenarios

  • Debriefing and discussion to explore the clinical problems and team performance

This program will host a maximum number of 24 participants.

Fees:

Nursing - $150+booking fee
Medical - $180+booking fee
