Rishi Ganesan

Dr. Rishi L. Ganesan is a pediatric intensive care physician at the Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre and an Assistant Professor at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry of the Western University. Having completed his residency and fellowship in India, Dr. Ganesan completed a unique interdisciplinary fellowship in pediatric neurocritical care from SickKids (Toronto) and subsequently worked there for the next 2 years as a senior fellow honing his clinical, research and leadership skills. He has published several original research manuscripts including three randomized controlled trials and has won numerous laurels for his clinical research. His randomized controlled trial on airway pressure release ventilation in children is the first one to evaluate this mode of ventilation in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome and has generated a lot of interest among both clinicians and researchers.
