Margaret Hay has two decades of experience in health professions education in both undergraduate and continuing education. She is the inaugural Director of the Monash Institute for Health and Clinical Education (MIHCE), Leader of External Programs, course advisor, and member of faculty for the Harvard Macy Institute, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. She is a member of the course advisory committee for the Harvard Medical School Master's in Medical Education degree, and Network Lead for the Research Paper Presentations for the Association of Medical Educators Europe (AMEE) Research Committee. She is an Associate Editor and Co-Statistical Editor for the journal Perspectives on Medical Education.
Margaret collaborates with fellow health professions educators from across the globe. She is committed to providing through the MIHCE impactful continuing professional development programs for health care professionals across the spectrum of the health care system.
