Diane Chamberlain is Associate Professor of Critical Care Nursing. and Dean of Higher Degrees by Research at Flinders University. She is also been in the role of the ACCCN National President for the last 6 years. Her research focusses on critical care workforce, speciality practice and sepsis. She is the ACCCN Global Sepsis Alliance representative. She has researched and authored works that improve critical care workforce outcomes and conditions leading to policy that ensures quality and safety in the delivery of patient centred care. Currently, her work is centred on the Wellbeing of Critical Care Health Professionals, and she has completed with her research team an extensive international multidisciplinary survey to inform future policy.
